Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates through sourcing activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end full life-cycle recruiting and scheduling interviews.
• Build a pipeline for in-demand skills (e.g., Java, .NET, DBA).
• Provide weekly pipeline status reports to management.
• Grow client relationships, manage pre-/post-sales and deliver value.
