Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 5+ years of IT sourcing or procurement experience.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish sourcing strategies for IT hardware (with involvement in software/services).
• Conduct sourcing events with project work plans and evaluation criteria.
• Develop bid documents (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and manage status reporting.
