Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior IT Category Manager to lead sourcing and vendor governance for IT hardware, software and services. Qualifications

• Lead sourcing strategies and vendor governance for IT categories (hardware, software, services).
• Develop bid documents and evaluation criteria (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Coordinate vendor risk assessments and ensure contract compliance across activities.
