Job summary

Sephora in San Francisco is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, IT, to lead sourcing initiatives across IT services, hardware, software, SaaS, and AI. You will shape supplier strategies, manage complex negotiations, and drive value for Sephora's technology portfolio.

You will partner with Technology, Legal, Finance, and business teams, deliver cost savings, and lead negotiations through contract lifecycle management while supporting a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience with a focus on technology products and services.
• 3+ years leading complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for enterprise software, SaaS, hardware, and related tech services.
• CPSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for Sephora's technology organization, IT services, hardware, software, SaaS, and AI solutions.
• Manage sourcing projects and negotiations from opportunity assessment to supplier selection, contracting, implementation, and performance management.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and business teams to develop sourcing strategies and agreements.
• Deliver cost savings and value through enterprise discount programs, long-term agreements, and commit-to-consume models.
• Analyze supplier spend, market trends, and pricing to inform recommendations and strengthen negotiating position.
• Identify opportunities across enterprise software and SaaS portfolios to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with global sourcing and technology partners to align strategies and maximize value.
• Support capability building by mentoring colleagues and sharing category expertise.
