Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end technology category strategy, including Software, Hardware, and BPO services, across global teams. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco or Mountain View and partners with business leaders to drive cost, risk management, and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years' experience in contract analysis, negotiation, financial modeling and RFP/RFI/RFQ creation and evaluation.
• 8+ years' experience in contract drafting, editing and pricing negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end category strategy and execution for Technology Sourcing including Cloud, Software, Telecom, Engineering and Technology Services
• Review and approve contracts, including negotiating and drafting commercial terms
• Design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies balancing cost, speed, quality and innovation
• Manage RFPs, bid analysis, contract drafting/editing, and supplier negotiation
• Establish relationships with business stakeholders to enable long-term sourcing strategies with measurable goals
• Serve as SME for procurement practices with cross-functional teams like security, compliance, risk and legal
• Identify and execute new approaches to address business needs
• Lead and negotiate complex, global agreements aligned with stakeholder objectives
• Develop internal customer relationships and manage leadership expectations
• Be the stakeholder voice into the Strategic Sourcing team and drive global practices
• Operate as Program Manager for key global initiatives
