Job summary

Sephora in San Francisco is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, IT, to lead sourcing initiatives across IT services, hardware, software, SaaS, and AI. You will partner with Technology, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Finance, and business teams to develop strategies and manage supplier negotiations while driving cost savings and ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement with technology focus.
• 3+ years leading complex IT sourcing initiatives and negotiations.
• Knowledge of technology markets, software licensing, and SaaS models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for IT services, hardware, software, SaaS, and AI.
• Manage enterprise-wide sourcing projects from assessment to contracting and governance.
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, Legal, Finance, and business teams to align sourcing strategies.
• Deliver cost savings and value through discounts, long-term agreements, and favorable terms.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and lead supplier negotiations.
