Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead the service delivery for Group Services across customer engagements in the United States. You will guide governance, ensure quality, and align services with contractual and financial targets.

You will manage Team Leaders, implement governance, drive improvements, and develop dashboards. The role requires ITIL awareness, strong communication, and ability to work across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Experience in IT Service Management.
• ITIL experience or certification a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage several Team Leaders, directly and indirectly.
• Implement and operate governance model to ensure services meet outcomes.
• Ensure all contractual SLAs and KPIs are met and reported.
• Drive customer satisfaction and manage escalations.
• Develop ServiceNow dashboards and reports and support billing processes.
