Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Program/Portfolio Manager to lead the service portfolio for a dedicated customer portfolio.

You will partner with the Sales Director, Account Managers, Solutions, and delivery leadership to manage opportunities, demand, and delivery across Professional, Managed, and Technical Services. You will oversee governance, reporting, and capacity management, coordinating resources and dependencies while driving customer outcomes and value realization for strategic

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years portfolio, program, or project management experience in IT Professional Services or similar environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated job experience.
• Experience partnering with sales, solutions, and delivery leadership to translate goals into portfolio strategies.
• Experience managing escalations, risks, budgets, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with objectives.
• Oversee centralized management of the project portfolio and alignment with sales strategy.
• Identify, prioritize, authorize, and control projects within the portfolio.
• Develop a comprehensive portfolio roadmap and delivery vision with KPIs and capacity management.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to optimize project outcomes and client value.
• Prepare portfolio updates for governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and customers to translate goals into a services portfolio strategy.
• Provide governance and reporting on delivery health, financials, risks, and outcomes.
• Support solutions costing and pre-sales activities to shape service engagements.
• Track progress and drive continuous improvement of customer-facing solutions.
• Travel within the Atlanta area as needed.
