Job summary

Computacenter seeks a Delivery Manager to lead and manage service and change delivery for accounts, driving governance, performance, and value realization. You will lead a team, engage partners, and ensure alignment with customer and organizational objectives across contract lifecycles.

You will oversee governance, risk, and cost management while delivering customer satisfaction and service excellence. Strong ITIL, SAP, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management with ITIL knowledge.
• Strong understanding of how IT services fit in a customer’s business and how value is added.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of run and change services to meet promises to customer and organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Objectively manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams.
• Identify risks in service delivery and manage commercial implications.
• Coordinate contract changes, forecasting, and cost management.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain a clear customer-facing and internal communications plan.
