The role blends data analysis, leadership, and operational planning to drive customer success across professional services. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and leadership to forecast demand, monitor project health, and enforce standards while enabling engineers and project managers in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience delivering or supporting professional services or consulting projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, risk analysis, and insights.
• Strong communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Resource management: track pipeline, staffing, and utilization.
• Quality: ensure SOWs meet standards and are delivered on time.
• Data dashboards: develop dashboards for pipeline, backlog, and performance.
• Travel: occasional regional travel may be required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Regional Leadership.
