Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery team. You will oversee resource allocation, ensure project artifacts meet quality standards, and collaborate with regional leadership to balance workloads and mitigate risks.

This role blends data analysis, leadership, and strategic planning to turn operational data into actionable insights. You will work with Sales and Engineering Directors to optimize delivery, improve forecasting, and support customer success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of project management, operations, and/or relevant consulting experience.
• Experience delivering or supporting professional services in a managed IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Track service opportunities and forecast resource commitments from deal to SOW.
• Configure projects for various billing methods and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor project scheduling and resource activation after customer acceptance.
• Develop data dashboards and perform trend analysis to improve delivery.
• Provide actionable insights to regional leadership using Power BI.
• Ensure SOWs and service contracts meet quality standards.
