Flexential is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to act as the strategic interface between business functions and the OCIO, aligning technology investments with enterprise objectives and delivering measurable value.

The BRM partners with stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions, manage demand and governance, and drive portfolio alignment, performance, and long‑term capability roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Strong business acumen and technical fluency to translate requests into capabilities.
• Experience shaping demand, governance, and portfolio alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact between business functions and OCIO.
• Develop and maintain IT project roadmaps with business partners.
• Lead demand discovery, shaping, prioritization, and governance for assigned areas.
• Translate business requests into defined demand, capabilities, and initiatives.
• Support value realization through KPIs and business cases.
