Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience engaging with senior leadership to drive talent initiatives.
• BRMP certification preferred for advanced BRM practice.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate strategic relationships between BRM function and partners to stimulate demand and drive value.
• Develop deep domain knowledge of partner functions and establish cross-functional relationships.
• Educate partners on BRM purpose, emphasizing communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate and shape initiatives for strategic value.
• Focus on value creation over solutions and identify opportunities through industry trends.
• Evolve BRM artifacts and strategic documents.
