Job summary

Rose International is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to lead IT strategy and stakeholder engagement for government staffing programs in Richmond, VA. The hybrid work model includes two onsite days per week.

The role partners with IT leadership and business partners to align roadmaps, manage escalations, and ensure delivery of products and services. Requires 5+ years IT experience, strong communication, and BRMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Information Technology with SDLC, Agile methodo­logy, and technology procurements.
• Excellent written and oral communication with leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Agency leadership up to Executive level regularly.
• Coordinate with IT leadership to ensure delivery of products and services.
• Act as point of contact for IT management, escalations, and coordination.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap with Enterprise Architecture.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned business partners and manage expectations.
