Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Project Specialist to support execution and governance of technology initiatives within the Global IT organization. You will partner with senior technology leadership to drive alignment, coordinate milestones, and maintain executive-ready communications and reports.

The role requires strong organizational discipline, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree/certification in project management, communications, or business-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting projects, programs, operations, or leadership teams within a corporate or technology environment.
• Experience preparing communications, reports, or presentations for leadership audiences.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution support for cross-functional initiatives and strategic technology programs.
• Provide operational enablement support to senior technology leadership.
• Support budget-related documentation and internal controls compliance.
• Attend program meetings, capture decisions, and track risks and actions.
• Develop executive-ready communications and reporting artifacts.
