Job summary

Tusker Construction Group is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead client-facing IT projects within our Managed and Professional Services organization. You will own projects from kickoff to completion, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets and milestones, mitigating risks, and guiding stakeholders through decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years managing client-facing IT projects in MSP/consulting.
• Proven end-to-end delivery with client satisfaction.
• Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients preferred.
• Background in IT solution providers or MSP preferred.
• PMP/CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing IT projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and guide stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Governance via status reporting, issue resolution, and change management.
• Oversee client onboarding and transition to managed services.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual commitments and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project data for forecasting and reporting.
• Contribute to PM best practices and delivery methodologies.
