Job summary

Tusker is seeking a Project Manager (Client Delivery) to lead client-facing IT projects within our Managed and Professional Services organization. You will own projects from kickoff to completion, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

You will drive planning, execution, communication, and delivery while ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing IT projects in MSP/consulting environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong vendor and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing IT projects from kickoff through delivery, on time and within scope.
• Serve as primary client contact, guiding stakeholders and decisions.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners to drive execution.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
