Job summary

College of DuPage is seeking a Project Manager to bridge business needs with technical solutions and to lead IT projects from inception to completion. You will work across departments to analyze requirements, develop actionable plans, and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes trusted advisory work within PPT, change management, and continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders and managing risks and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Industry certifications such as PMP preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience as a project manager.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing business complexity, project interdependencies, and organizational change.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Change Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions and manage implementation.
• Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate into actionable project plans.
• Guide IT projects to successful completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor for PPT and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and create detailed project plans.
• Manage resources, timelines, risks and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure IT systems receive proper support and incident management.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
