Job summary

CDW is seeking a Project Manager to act as a trusted consultant coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple technology stacks. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with client goals, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and leveraging CDW PMO tools to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in project management or 8 years of CDW Services experience.
• Two or more years of experience leading small to medium projects in a professional services organization.
• Project management or agile consulting experience across multiple technology stacks (e.g., Cloud, Security, Infrastructure).
• Ability to support presales activities and look for new sales opportunities to help the client achieve organizational goals while growing CDW’s portfolio of work.
• Experience Project Managing projects with several technologies and proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Use experience and methodologies to understand client goals and propose a consultative solution.
• Be a trusted consultant to project team and CDW processes for delivery and best practices.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain CDW presence across engagements.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and financial reporting; ensure invoicing is accurate.
• Identify risks, negotiate changes, and drive issues to timely resolution.
