Job summary

College of DuPage is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Marketing to partner with the Director of Marketing and Creative Services. This role leads the coordination, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives across web, print, digital, events, and content projects.

The position requires a 5+ year track record in managing complex projects, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to champion innovation, including AI-assisted workflows to boost efficiency and measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Experience in marketing, communications, creative services, or higher education.
• Experience implementing project management processes and coordinating stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing project portfolio, coordinating ~1,500 annual projects across programs and services.
• Own project intake, evaluating scope, timelines, and resources for prioritization.
• Serve as central contact for project status, timelines, and deliverables across channels.
