Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT programs with multiple sub-projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, schedules, dependencies, and align scope with business objectives.

You will combine technical and business insight to drive design, development and implementation of strategic IT initiatives, build stakeholder relationships, and navigate a matrix organization while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree with 5 years project management experience OR 7 years project management experience.
Familiarity with PMBOK and management of large/complex projects.
Experience in budgeting and financial tracking.
Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and political savvy.
Strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Analytical thinker with problem solving and adaptability.
Experience with SDLC and delivery models (OWF, Scrum, XP).
Regular in-person attendance at the designated facility.

Responsibilities

Lead large complex projects or programs with multiple sub-projects.
Accountable for end-to-end delivery, including cost, schedule, and dependencies.
Drive design, development and implementation of strategic IT projects.
Build knowledge of IT products and lines of business for delivery feasibility.
Set and manage customer expectations; escalate risks and issues.
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization.
Collaborate with PMO leaders and IT product managers to remove barriers.
