TridentCare is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to research, plan, develop, and implement enterprise IT programs across the organization and business units. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business, or related field
• 10 years of experience leading/managing IT programs/projects
• 5 years in Lifesciences Industry
• Full range of PM skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders: Stakeholder Management, Budget Management, Risk Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Familiar with IT and PM tools – JIRA, Confluence, SNOW SPM, etc.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiences
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of project cost management including preparing cost estimates, ETC, EAC and budget control
• Understands IT software development lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Runs programs from inception to launch
• Define and execute program business plans aligning with strategic priorities
• Establish planning to align business needs with annual budget
• Develop and manage relationships with senior leaders
• Become trusted technology advisor and solution broker
• Ensure program execution within budget and on time
• Align objectives with portfolio strategy and cross-program dependencies
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and executives
• Provide program updates to leadership
• Coordinate with Procurement on RFPs and budget
• Manage vendor relationships
• Partner with IT teams to align business needs with technology roadmaps
• Plan for risk and mitigation
• Maintain program budget and allocate resources
• Assist IT Demand management in articulating business value
• Partner with IT Executive leadership to define vision
• Other duties as assigned
