Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years IT program management and digital transformation experience in global/complex org.
- Hands-on ERP and digital tech experience (SAP, S4 HANA, Salesforce, CPQ)
- 3+ years leading IT projects and business transformation as consultants or analysts.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP, commercial, and digital initiatives (SAP, S4 HANA, SFDC, CPQ, AI)
- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic outcomes
- Manage project delivery, timelines, and success metrics
- Embed change management into business operations for adoption
- Monitor progress and communicate outcomes to executives
