Job summary

Honeywell in Charlotte, NC seeks an IT Program Management Principal to lead the CCEX SAP S/4HANA transformation, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure a successful migration.

You will report to the Director of IT and operate on a hybrid schedule from Charlotte, NC, with an initial 90-day onsite requirement. The role spans governance, planning, testing, cutover, and steady-state support across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT analysis, program or project leadership with complex enterprise delivery.
• Experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations with downstream impacts.
• Proven multi-vendor leadership across internal teams, system integrators and vendors.
• Strong governance across planning, budgets, risks, decisions, scope, testing and cutover.
• Executive communication skills to drive accountability in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated CCEX program plan, milestones, release roadmap and executive delivery commitments across the S/4HANA migration.
• Lead execution across Honeywell business, CCEX product teams and external vendor teams.
• Establish a unified governance cadence for scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks.
• Drive architecture alignment, environment readiness, SIT, UAT, cutover rehearsals and production deployment.
• Provide concise executive reporting and escalate decisions; manage cross-vendor dependencies and staffing.
