Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Advanced Project Management Specialist for SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR in the Helix program. Based in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule, you will lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide transformation spanning corporate functions and GBEs, connecting strategy, design, execution, controls, and adoption to deliver a standardized, real-time finance foundation.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading complex global ERP transformations with governance and delivery execution.
Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance/RTR with post-go-live stabilization.
Proven SAFe Agile delivery, Jira-based program management, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong organizational change management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR transformation across global functions.
Serve as deputy to the Senior Director, providing strategic recommendations and engagement.
Drive program planning, budgeting, risks, and milestones with cross-functional teams.
Lead SAFe practices, PI planning, sprints, and dependency management.
Embed SOX, security, and audit controls into delivery; monitor KPIs.
