Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist (Finance) to lead the SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR transformation across global functions. You will report to the Senior Director Finance Project Management and work from the Atlanta, GA site on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include steering program governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and shaping standardized, real-time finance foundations with strong change management and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex global ERP transformations.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance/RTR implementations with governance, testing, deployment.
• Proven success driving SAFe Agile delivery and cross-functional team execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR transformation across global functions.
• Serve as deputy to Senior Director and engage executive stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks, and milestones; drive SAFe agile practices.
