Qualifications

• 5+ years IT project management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years mentoring high‑performing teams.
• 3+ years delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring methodologies and best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets, and track progress.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project success, including vendors when needed.
• Communicate status, updates and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
