Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an IT Program Management Principal to lead the SAP S/4 CCEX transformation, coordinating internal teams and external partners for a multi-year migration. You will oversee planning, testing, cutover, hypercare, and business continuity across complex domains including Salesforce, SAP CPQ, and data integration.

Reporting to the Director of IT, this role is based in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule; during the first 90 days, onboarding requires 100% onsite work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT analysis or program leadership with enterprise delivery.
• Experience leading large SAP S/4HANA/ERP transformations with integration impacts.
• Proven multi-vendor leadership across internal teams, SI, and partners.
• Strong governance across planning, financials, risks, decisions, and scope.
• Executive communication skills for matrixed environments.
• Understanding of enterprise integration, data migration, APIs, and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to align technical delivery with business continuity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the CCEX program plan, milestones, release roadmap, and commitments across S/4HANA migration.
• Lead execution across Honeywell teams and vendor partners.
• Establish governance cadence for scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes.
• Drive architecture alignment, test-data readiness, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Govern coexistence, data ownership, and interface retirement.
• Coordinate cross-stream scope across customer, pricing, orders, service, and portal workstreams.
• Provide concise executive reporting and resolve cross-vendor dependencies.
• Ensure release and cutover readiness with clear criteria and contingency plans.
• Drive measurable outcomes like data integrity and price/ATP accuracy.
