The candidate will connect SAP, Salesforce, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and digital platforms to unlock growth and execute transformation across a global matrix.

Qualifications

10+ years of technology leadership in large enterprises.
Proven leadership of large-scale digital transformation and major ERP/enterprise tech implementations.
Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the technology agenda for the Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions segments.
Lead enterprise transformation across SAP/ERP, Salesforce, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and related platforms.
Define roadmaps, business cases, and disciplined execution with senior leaders.
Build high-performing teams and champion secure, scalable change in a global matrix.
