Job summary

Leidos Health & Civil Sector is seeking a Program Manager to lead the NIH/NCI program, ensuring execution across requirements, software engineering, cybersecurity, and operations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 15 yrs exp substitutes degree.
Minimum 10 years of program management in Federal civilian IT or scientific programs.
Experience interacting with NIH/NCI leadership and executives.
Proven track record managing multi-million dollar Federal contracts.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary interface with COs, CORs, program officials and senior government stakeholders.
Provide strategic leadership for multidisciplinary teams across IT, data, cybersecurity, and operations.
Lead program planning, staffing, financial management, risk management and QA.
Establish governance structures, executive steering, and performance management.
Develop and implement schedules, risk mitigation, communications, and continuous improvement.
