Job summary

Leidos Health & Civil Sector seeks a Program Manager to lead the NIH/NCI program, delivering enterprise IT capabilities across requirements, software engineering, cybersecurity, and operations. You will partner with NIH/NCI leadership, solution architects, and cyber teams to ensure mission-critical outcomes.

The role requires proven executive communication, program leadership, and the ability to drive multi-project delivery in a complex federal environment. Public trust clearance is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 15 years alternate if needed.
• Experience managing large, federal IT or scientific programs.
• Proven interaction with NIH/NCI leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee program planning, staffing, budgets, risk, and quality.
• Maintain governance structures and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate with CO/COR, program officials, and senior government stakeholders.
• Lead contract performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and FAR.
