Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead the BITSDIS 2 program for NIH/NCI, delivering enterprise IT capabilities and handling governance, security, and NIH OCIO/NCI security requirements. You will collaborate with government stakeholders, solution architects, software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data engineers, and operations personnel to ensure reliable delivery across missions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 15 years of progressive federal program management experience.
• 10+ years managing large Federal IT or scientific programs for civilian agencies.
• Experience with NIH/NCI or similar federal health data environments preferred.
• Proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams and senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with CO/COR, program officials and senior government stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across IT, cyber, data, and operations.
• Oversee planning, staffing, financials, risk, and quality across projects.
• Establish governance, executive oversight, and performance management.
• Develop PM plans, schedules, risk mitigation, and communications.
• Ensure contract performance, SLAs, and compliance with federal rules.
• Lead briefings, program reviews, and strategic planning with NIH leadership.
• Coordinate with technical leads and security teams for integrated delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and multiple teaming partners.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for modernization.
