Job summary
SES is seeking a delivery leader to steer complex, cross-functional programs within the IT PMO. You will define delivery approaches, governance, roadmaps, and integration points while aligning outputs to strategic goals.
In this role you will manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across Operations & Engineering functions, driving continuous improvement and program delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications in project management, Agile, or change management are advantageous.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with increasing ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs with multiple interrelated projects.
- Define and structure delivery approach, governance, roadmap, and integration points.
- Ensure alignment of outputs to program objectives, benefits, and strategic outcomes.
- Manage trade-offs across scope, timelines, cost, quality, and risk at program level.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable program plans and governance.
