Job summary

The IT Product Manager, Intellectual Property (IP) at the University of California, Office of the President, leads the IPMS product vision and governance across a decentralized UC environment. You will harmonize executive priorities, Technology Transfer offices, UCOP DigIT, and campus stakeholders to shape a shared strategy and technology roadmap for IP management.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in senior product roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a long-term IPMS product vision and roadmap.
• Engage executive leadership and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product lifecycle.
• Oversee governance, metrics, and risk management.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in IPMS.
