Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a long-term product vision and technology roadmap for IPMS.
• Engage with executive leadership, Technology Transfer Offices, and vendors to align priorities.
• Provide day-to-day direction to Business Analysts and ensure delivery of product capabilities.
• Drive organizational change and manage vendor partnerships to maximize product value.
• Oversee IPMS operations, optimize platform performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish governance processes and report on roadmap progress and outcomes.
