The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and delivering value through strategic product initiatives in a dynamic IT environment.

You will work cross-functionally to drive initiatives, manage stakeholders, and apply agile practices to improve outcomes and user satisfaction across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in product/tech management roles.
• Proven track record leading initiatives that drive technology evolution.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and market analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Agile and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Align technology capabilities and product initiatives with business unit objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with business unit managers and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of IT products from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Lead product design and implementation across cross-functional teams.
• Implement agile methodologies and manage sprints with continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends to propose enhancements maximizing business impact.
• Maintain product documentation for users and enablement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Track KPIs like revenue, adoption, satisfaction, time-to-market, and ROI.
