Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with business unit managers and internal stakeholders, collaborating to understand needs, gather requirements, and support strategic IT planning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration.
  • Lead product design and implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely milestones.
  • Implement agile methodologies, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate agile ceremonies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field required
  • 4+ years in product management or technology management roles preferred
  • Demonstrated history of leading initiatives, products, or services that drive organizational technology evolution, preferably supporting business units or operations functions
  • Product lifecycle management and market analysis
