Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development to lead the Application Development and Power Platform teams. The role drives modernization, cloud transformation, automation, AI-enabled development, and platform governance to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data & Analytics, and Product teams to define roadmaps, set governance standards, and measure delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline required.
• Master's Degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, platform engineering, or related technology disciplines required.
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering, application development, or technical engineering teams required.

Responsibilities

• Drive application modernization, cloud transformation, automation, AI-enabled development, and platform engineering initiatives across business applications and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop technology roadmaps that improve business outcomes, engineering productivity, solution scalability, and platform sustainability.
• Lead and mentor Application Development and Power Platform engineers to build a high-performing culture.
• Provide technical leadership for architecture standards and governance across applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and Product teams on strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership.
