Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Procurement & Asset Manager to lead the company’s technology procurement and asset strategy in Knoxville, TN. The role drives cost optimization, vendor negotiations, and lifecycle management for hardware, software, and cloud services.

You will partner with Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives, ensure software licensing compliance, and maximize asset value throughout lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT procurement management and strategic sourcing.
• 3+ years IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience negotiating complex hardware and software contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT procurement and asset strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead sourcing, RFx, and contract negotiations for IT hardware, software, cloud services.
• Manage supplier performance with governance programs and QBRs.
• Ensure software licensing compliance and procurement controls.
• Oversee asset lifecycle from forecasting to disposal.
