ACTS Fleet Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Parts & Procurement Specialist at our Knoxville, TN location. This role sources, purchases, and tracks parts and materials to support fleet maintenance operations, ensuring timely delivery and inventory accuracy.

You will build supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee purchase orders while collaborating with technicians and service managers to meet urgent parts needs and maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in parts procurement, inventory management, or related fleets.
• Experience with ERP and procurement software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure automotive and fleet maintenance parts.
• Negotiate pricing and purchasing agreements.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Track orders and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with technicians and service managers.
• Maintain purchasing, receiving, and inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for parts usage.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
