Job summary

Cellular Sales is seeking an IT Procurement & Asset Manager who will lead the organization’s IT procurement and asset management strategy. The role oversees hardware, software, cloud services, and related IT expenditures across the company.

Located in Knoxville, relocation is required. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations, and leadership to optimize costs, ensure compliance, and maximize asset value throughout lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years IT procurement management and strategic sourcing.
• 3+ years IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with complex hardware and software licensing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT procurement and asset management strategy.
• Lead strategic sourcing, RFx processes, and contract negotiations for IT solutions.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance via governance programs, scorecards, and QBRs.
• Oversee software licensing compliance, procurement controls, and audits.
• Oversee full lifecycle of technology assets from forecasting to retirement.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations to maximize asset value.
• Work with Warehouse Manager on asset recovery and disposition.
