Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of progressively responsible full-time information systems technology experience.
• At least 18 months in an administrative or managerial capacity in IT areas.
• Education substitutions allowed for college credit to meet experience requirements.
• Master’s degree may substitute for an additional year of experience.
• Experience in IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT project intake and portfolio governance ensuring alignment with standards.
• Evaluates project requests for business objectives, scope, and risks.
• Guides sponsors in strengthening project submissions and readiness.
• Manages governance lifecycle from intake to transition to project execution.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and governance metrics for leadership.
• Identifies opportunities to automate PMO processes and improve efficiency.
