• Lead the creation of project charters from ideas and requests to evaluate level of effort and ROI before initiating projects; assist departments in decisions about major enhancements and new IT acquisitions.
• Oversee project schedules, scope, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve successful outcomes; lead regular project reporting to the CIO and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and administrative units to foster collaboration and drive project progress.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in project management; supervise project managers.
• Support the development and management of project budgets, funding requests, and resource allocation plans.
