Job summary

Reporting to the CIO, this role manages budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and governance; mentors teams, oversees multiple project managers, and ensures timely risk mitigation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of progressively responsible full-time information systems technology experience with at least 18 months in admin/managerial capacity.
• Education may substitute for experience as described; master’s can substitute an additional year.
• Administrative/managerial experience must include budgeting, procurement, and governance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects including application development, infrastructure deployments, and system integrations.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
