Job summary

The Community Preservation Corporation in New York is seeking an IT Program & Portfolio Manager to orchestrate CPC’s technology portfolio. You’ll report to the CIO and coordinate across Technology Operations, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Strategy & Portfolio Management to maintain the enterprise roadmap and ensure prioritized, well-governed initiatives.

This role emphasizes governance, executive reporting, and strong collaboration with vendors and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related discipline; PMP/PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPC's technology portfolio governance, prioritization, and reporting.
• Coordinate programs across Technology Operations, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Strategy & Portfolio Management.
• Establish and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive reporting for leadership.
• Facilitate program and project review meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure projects have defined scope, objectives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
• Track delivery, manage RAID and action logs, and support change management.
