Job summary

Path Forward LLC is seeking an IT Strategic Partner in Albuquerque, NM to work hands-on with clients, drive IT strategy, governance, and project delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison for executive stakeholders, manage incidents, and guide IT initiatives aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate across internal teams, emphasize cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and help clients reduce risk, downtime, and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT services to clients in a professional services environment.
• Ability to create and review IT governance and planning documents with clients.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory considerations for healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to align IT strategy with business needs.
• Lead incident response and outages as a senior client contact.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and executives.
• Oversee IT planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for clients.
• Review SLAs and monitor IT systems performance with clients.
