Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Nursing, Health IT or related field.
• 5–9+ years of project management experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing multiple large, complex projects.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and resources.
• PMP or equivalent certification, or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads large, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through completion, on time and within budget.
• Defines scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources with leaders and stakeholders.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to milestones.
• Provides leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting collaboration.
• Manages budgets, risks, issues, scope changes, and contingency planning.
• Delivers executive-level status reports, presentations, and communications.
• Drives change management and business process improvements enterprise-wide.
• Builds strong relationships with executives, partners, vendors and sponsors.
• Promotes PM best practices, governance, methodologies, and improvements.
• Uses problem-solving and decision-making to support strategic goals.
