Job summary

Path Forward IT is seeking an IT Strategic Partner to work hands-on with client teams across the Philadelphia/NYC region. You will translate business needs into IT solutions, manage relationships, and guide governance and strategic planning.

You’ll lead incident response, IT budgeting, and technology roadmaps, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver resilient, cost-effective services for healthcare clients. A customer-focused mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering IT services and governance
• Ability to translate client business needs into IT plans
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner for clients, building relationships and providing guidance
• Lead incident response and outages with client leadership
• Develop IT governance and strategic planning documents with clients
• Oversee continuous delivery of IT services and monitor performance
• Educate clients on IT trends, risks, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose cost-effective technology solutions
