Job summary

Pathstone Partners in Chicago, IL is seeking talented associates to deliver financial and operational improvements for hospital systems. You will lead engagement workstreams, own data analyses, and develop persuasive client presentations with focus on IT (EHR, ERP, infrastructure, connectivity, and support services).

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in management consulting with healthcare IT experience, strong Excel/SQL/BI skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

3+ years in management consulting with client-facing workstreams or operational improvement initiatives.
Hands-on healthcare IT experience (Sourcing, PM, or vendor/IT reseller).
Proficiency with data and analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).

Responsibilities

Lead execution of key engagements and initiatives with minimal supervision.
Own analyses of complex data sets to generate insights and opportunities.
Develop persuasive client presentations and business cases.
