Hightouch is seeking an experienced First IT Business Partner to elevate employee experience in a fast-growing US startup. You will begin hands-on with tickets and gradually shift to strategic systems, shaping how teams work and collaborate.

In this role, you’ll support remote employees, own onboarding through offboarding, and tune AI-driven ITSM processes while managing Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience in high-growth startups.
• Experience with Okta, MDM, Google Workspace, and AI ITSM platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support remote employees and own the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Tune AI ticketing, fix root causes, and manage Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM.
